7 day no quibble guarantee
If you need to return any items then you must notify us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of receipt.
As long as the goods are returned within this 7 days period, unused and in their original packaging and condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will then be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning the goods.
Top Tip:
We know that although ordering online is wonderfully convenient, you do not have the benefit of actually handling the goods prior to ordering.
Often customers choose to order a single low value item initially, such as a pillowcase, so they can check the colour and quality of the product. Once they are reassured that the goods are exactly what they need, they then return to the website and order the accompanying items, such as sheets, duvet covers etc.
