When will my products be delivered?
We aim to complete all orders in 10 working days. Confirmation of your order and delivery schedule will be advised by a return e-mail.
Can I return the products I buy?
Yes, as long as the goods are returned within this 7 days period, unused and in their original packaging and condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, simply complete your order as normal but instead of proceeding to our secure payment provider print out our offline order form.
Then put that in the post with a cheque for the correct amount, made payable to Linens by Post and send it to Linens by Post, 1-4 Montpellier Walk, The Ginnel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 2RB.
