Secure Shopping

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Credit/debit card details are processed instantly and then deleted from our systems.

If you have concerns regarding internet security and prefer not to order online then please either telephone our show room on 01423 503060 or print out your order and post to us along with your cheque to Linens by Post, 1-7 Montpellier Walk, The Ginnel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 2RB.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and for marketing and accounting purposes. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to The Data Controller, To Catch A Dream Ltd.1-7 Montpellier Walk, The Ginnel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 2RB. A small fee of £25 will be payable.

Delivery Promise

All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 10 days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Supply of Goods

Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Colour Reproduction

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct on our website. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

Delivery Discrepancies

Before signing for the goods you should check the items against the despatch note. If you find any discrepancies you must tell us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We regret that we are unable to investigate any queries after this time.

Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of placing the order. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
