Delivery Times

• We aim to complete all linen orders in 10 working days.
• Furniture delivery time will be agreed individually.
• Confirmation of your order and delivery schedule will be advised by a return e-mail.

Delivery Charges

• A charge of £6.00 inc of VAT will be charged on all orders up to £100.
• Orders over £100 will be delivered free throughout the UK mainland.
• Overseas customers please email info@tocatchadream.co.uk for a quotation.

Guarantee and Returns

7 day no quibble guarantee

If you need to return anything for any reason then you must notify us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of receipt.

As long as the goods are returned within this 7 days period, unused and in their original packaging and condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will then be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning the goods.
